Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Products that are used, opened, or damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us via email at sb3241024@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Process for Returns

  1. Send us an email requesting a return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days after approval.

  • We only offer refunds at this time and do not support exchanges or store credits.

Exceptions

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for return unless damaged/defective.

  • Damaged products due to mishandling by courier partners should be reported immediately upon delivery with supporting photos/videos.
